Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We use Canada Post as our Shipping Carrier. Shipping Price includes Packaging costs and is charged based on item size and destination. Canada Post estimates between 2 and 14 days for a parcel delivery within Canada. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please contact us about international shipping.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Currently international shipping is available upon request quote. Please contact us for quote. Due to geopolitical uncertainty shipping is not currently available to Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
International Shipping – customs fees
If you are ordering goods from outside of Canada, it is important you are aware of the customs rules and regulations specific to your country. Most countries charge duties, GST, VAT or other fees on items purchased online outside of your country. These fees vary enormously from country to country. Please check your government’s website for customs information before ordering any item.
Returns & Refunds policy
Returning Goods
No refunds or exchanges on original and commissioned paintings - all sales final. However, I want all collectors to be happy and certain about their purchase, so, please take due diligence to read my listing descriptions carefully, and check colours on different screens/monitors if colour variation is a concern, as colours can vary on different screens/monitors. I photograph each piece of work in natural light and/or professional studio lighting but colours can vary slightly in person. Please contact me if you are uncertain about any of the qualities of the art and I will happily answer any concerns via phone, email, more photos and/or video to clarify a true understanding of what the art looks like.
Damages in transit
If the artwork is damaged in transit, on proof of damage we will either refund the cost of your purchase or offer a discount should you wish to keep the artwork. To be eligible for a refund, we require clear photo/video evidence of the defect. We might also ask you to send the damaged work back to us. We will cover the shipping cost in that case. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the artwork about any damages in transit at: banderova.art@gmail.com Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that have not been approved in line with our policy, or are missing tracking numbers. Please ensure that you have already contacted us at banderova.art@gmail.com and provided the information prior to mailing us your return.
Refunds
In the event of a refund it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5 working days.
